Magic Stars”
to open January 12 for a year-run at the Horizon Casino
Lake Tahoe, NV --- Grand Illusion, spectacular magic, impressive sleight-of-hand,
side-splitting comedy, and great fun for the entire family. This is
what you’ll get at the new production show, “TV’s
Magic Stars”, slated to open January 12, 2007, inside the Golden
Cabaret at the Horizon Casino Resort in Lake Tahoe, NV.
TV’s Magic Stars will feature four (4) remarkable
headliners who have amazed TV audiences for years on NBC, CBS, ABC,
and Fox. From their numerous appearances on The Tonight Show, to starring
roles in specials, and major motion pictures, you can’t help
from recognize the talent featured on stage.
Taking the staring role is Jonathan Neal who, along
with his assistant Liane, starred in the CBS hit
show, “The World’s Greatest Magicians”. Along with
his numerous repeat performances NBC’s The Tonight Show, Jonathan
Neal Brown has received ten consecutive nominations and has been twice
voted “Stage Magician Of The Year”
You may recognize our co-headliner, Chris Mitchell
from his appearances on Comedy Central, NBC’s Las Vegas or The
West Wing. Chris has been a regular at Wizardz Dinner Theatre and
The Magic Castle in Hollywood. He also was the featured comedy act
for the national tour of “Allakazam – World’s Greatest
Illusions.”
Award-winning magician, Joel Ward, and his assistant
Morgan, have been featured on Fox Family’s
Lance Burton’s Young Magician’s Showcase. Joel’s
high energy and original magic earned him 1st place at the International
Brotherhood of Magicians Competition, the world largest magic organization.
Joel stated performing at age 10, and by 15 become the World Champion
Teen Magician.
Christopher Hart is said to have the most famous
right hand in Hollywood. His hand has appeared as "Thing",
the enchanting disembodied hand in three Addams Family movies The
Addams Family, Addams Family Values, and Addams Family Reunion. Christopher
then went on to be cast in the film Idle Hands, in which he played
an evil disembodied hand on a rampage, expressing a whole new character
with his hand. His sleight-of-hand magic has been featured in national
television commercials for McDonalds, Honda, RCA, and others. He has
twice been awarded "Stage Magician of the Year" by Hollywood's
Magic Castle, and Princess Stephanie of Monaco personally awarded
him the top prize at the "Grand Prix Magique" held in Monte
Carlo.
Veteran Producers Paul Reder and Tony Clark
are no strangers to producing award-winning shows centered
around magic. From their hit show, Fusion (now playing in Laughlin,
NV), , to their shows Viva Vaudeville, Fusion 2, and The Chipper Lowell
Experience, their shows have delighted audiences from all over the
world.
TV’s Magic Stars2 will run nightly except Tuesdays
in the intimate setting of the Golden Cabaret Theater inside the Horizon
Casino Resort. Show times are 7:30 pm & 9:30 pm, with a special
KIDS FREE matinee at 3:00 p.m. on Sundays (certain restrictions apply.
