Chris Mitchell
Comedian/Magician/Actor

Chris Mitchell began his illustrious entertainment career in the Boston area in the late 70’s. After garnering several awards for his efforts, he took his act on the road, delighting crowds at colleges, comedy clubs, conventions, and eventually command performances at The White House for two different administrations.
In 1993, Chris re-located to Los Angeles where he honed his skills as a regular at Wizardz Dinner Theatre and The Magic Castle in Hollywood. Soon after, the versatile showman became the featured comedy act for the national tour of “Allakazam – World’s Greatest Illusions.” For the new millennium, Chris created his signature routine, “The Seduction,” during which a lucky lady from the audience gets to experience a dream date with a magician.
If you take a healthy dose of comedy, throw in a handful of magic and blend it, you have the recipe for the Chris Mitchell Show. Chris has entertained audiences in Casinos, Comedy Clubs, Corporate Events, Colleges, and Cruise Ships during his world tour of things that begin with the letter “C.” He has appeared twice at The White House for their annual Easter event. In 2002 Chris was part of a 17-city tour of China. He returned to China in 2004 as part of an international Comedy Festival in ShenZhen City. He recently entertained troops in military bases in Bosnia and Kosovo. Chris currently resides in Los Angeles where he is pursuing a career in film and television. You may have seen him on Comedy Central, NBC’s Las Vegas and The West Wing just to name a few.

Joel's high energy, original magic has astonished people throughout the world. As he makes things appear and disappear, he presents award-winning magic by combining classical magic with a contemporary touch. Joel's mind-boggling magical talent ranges from interactive close-up magic, to comical audience participation and flashy Las Vegas styled illusions. Born and raised in Cardiff by the Sea, California, Joel started his own business at age 10 and started to perform at Children's Birthday Parties. By age 15, Joel became the Current World Champion teen Magician after placing 1st at the International Brotherhood of Magicians annual seminar, the World's Largest Magic Organization. That same year Joel was picked out of hundreds of magicians to appear on television with Master Magician, Lance Burton. The show called, "Lance Burton-Young Magicians Showcase," was filmed at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

CHRIS HART Rounding out the show will be the magical hands of Chris Hart

You may recognize Chris Hart’s hands. They played the character “Thing” in the 1991 hit movie, The Addams Family.

Christopher, born in Nanaimo, British Columbia to an English mother and Canadian father, was raised and educated in Catholic schools in Los Angeles.
At the age of 8 he became intrigued after discovering a magic book at the local library. It was at this same time that the televisionseries “The Magician” starring Bill Bixby was on the air and further fueled his passion for magic. I knew at that moment I wanted to be a magician-it looked so cool!

At sixteen Christopher was accepted into the Magic Castle’s elite junior program. This after an extensive audition and interview process. It was here he attended lectures, as well as having access to the Castle’s vast video collection and library. As a teenager Hart earned extra money working in a cemetery as a grave digger and was nicknamed Lurch do to his tall lanky frame. Soon realizing that it was a dead-end job, Christopher accepted a position demonstrating tricks at Hollywood Magic the largest west coast magic shop.

Working in Hollywood gave Christopher the opportunity to meet and perform before the likes of Michael Jackson, Johnny Carson, Muhammed Ali, and Harry Anderson. As Christopher’s reputation grew he soon came to the attention of David Copperfield. In fact, Hart’s first introduction to Las Vegas came before he was old enough to gamble, when he went to work for Copperfield as a Magic Roadie. Impressed with Hart’s knowledge and expertise in the field of magic, Copperfield continued to use Christopher on several more live and television shows including the Great Wall of China special.
